Buchanans Currants are´a staple addition to add rich, juicy flavour to many baked goods, including hot cross buns, Christmas Pudding, scones, fruit cakes... They are also present in seasonal favourites such as mincemeat and Mince pies. They are made from grapes found in Corinth, Greece, and are also known as Zante currants.
