AERO MILK CHOCOLATE 90G

Originally invented and launched in the UK in 1935 by Rowntree's and later bought over by Nestle in 1988, Aero Chocolate is famous for it's aerated, bubbly centre and is surrounded by a smooth milk chocolate coating. Aero Milk Chocolate was introduced in 1975 after the popularity of the original Aero Peppermint. It is made by heating the chocolate then injecting with gas while it is under high pressure and as the chocolate cools, the gas expands to leave the tiny bubbles and this design is what enables the chocolate to melt on your tongue.
